NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY – SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK

 

1. ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS CONTAINERS ALLOWED

The pool is for the exclusive use of homeowners in the Misty Oaks subdivisions (who are in good standing) plus (4) guests.

. Children 13 years and younger MUST BE accompanied by a person 18 years or older.
Age verification may be required.

You must be 18 years or older to bring a guest.

Please shower before entering the pool.

Food and drinks must be consumed at the tables within the pool area.

Flotation devices are prohibited in the deep area (8 ft.) of the pool.

People with open cuts, sores, or wounds are not permitted in the water.

Proper swim attire and swim diapers for infants are required.

What are the pool hours?

The pool is open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Is there a lifeguard on duty?

No, the pool is swim-at-your-own-risk. Please ensure children are supervised at all times.

Are guests allowed to use the pool?

Yes, residents may bring up to four guests. Guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times.

What is the dress code for the pool?

Proper swim attire is required. No street clothes or shoes are allowed in the pool area.

Can I reserve the pool for a private event?

Private events are permitted. Please contact the pool office for details

What should I do if I see unsafe behavior?

Please report any unsafe behavior to the HOA pool manager or pool monitors immediately.

Are pets allowed in the pool area?

No, pets are not allowed in the pool area for health and safety reasons.

How is the pool maintained?

The pool is professionally cleaned and maintained on a daily basis. It is managed by Justin Iverson, a Certified Pool Operator.
