NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY – SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK

1.WATCH YOUR CHILDREN!

2. ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS CONTAINERS ALLOWED

3.The pool is for the exclusive use of homeowners in the Misty Oaks subdivisions (who are in good standing) plus (4) guests.

4.Children 13 years and younger MUST BE accompanied by a person 18 years or older. Age verification may be required.

5.You must be 18 years or older to bring a guest.

6.Please shower before entering the pool.

7.Food and drinks must be consumed at the tables within the pool area.

8.Flotation devices are prohibited in the deep area (8 ft.) of the pool.

9.People with open cuts, sores, or wounds are not permitted in the water.

10.Proper swim attire and swim diapers for infants are required.
